 In contingency search we enter into an agreement whereby we search out, identify, and present top-notch attorney candidates to you. The attorneys presented are candidates who we believe meet your select criteria and will thrive in your culture. If you decide to hire a presented attorney, you are obligated to pay our fee. You are at complete liberty to evaluate all such candidates, and if you decide not to hire any candidate, there is no fee for our services.
