Retained Search

 In retained search we enter into an exclusive agreement whereby we maximize our resources and expedite our efforts to fulfil your priority need for an elite attorney candidate. Retained search is particularly useful when there is a need to find an attorney with a specialized core practice skill set, to meet a hiring deadline, or for other similar circumstances. During the retained search period we will not submit any such attorney candidate(s) to any other employer. Customarily 1/3 of our fee is due initially with your signed agreement, 1/3 due upon interview of the attorney, and the final 1/3 due upon hire. Retained search assures you of our priority search effort and exclusive introduction to you of elite attorney candidates.
